Become a strong sparring partner to our global organization

As Internal Control Specialist, you have a key role in our journey to improve and standardize controls. You will act as a subject matter expert and manage various projects.

You thrive in driving change by finding simple solutions to complex problems together with relevant stakeholders and feel comfortable collecting input and putting forward recommended decisions.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Build a strong network within the organization and anchor the understanding of Internal Controls
• Participate in change management activities and in providing training and advisory support to relevant stakeholders
• Visualize internal control challenges and resolutions
• Design and implement controls
• Ad hoc involvement in projects

Qualifications and educational background

You hold a university degree in Economics, possess project management skills, and are well-structured. You are consistent in your approach and have good communication skills and high proficiency in written and spoken English.

Furthermore you

• Should be acknowledged for your interpersonal skills, cultural understanding, and respect
• Possess analytical skills and have a consistent and collaborative approach
• Eager to learn and develop a broad variety of skills
• Ambitious team players who see and appreciate the challenge of questioning the status quo on your way to finding the right solution for us as an organization, balancing a variety of interests
• Have a business mindset and find it easy to simplify complex problems
• Can manage and deliver on multiple projects in a changing environment

You will be part of a small team, located at our headquarter in Ballerup, where you will be reporting to the Head of Group Controlling and External Reporting.
