Your role

As the Global Quality Assurance Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the quality efforts within the GDP area. You will play a key role in driving the quality of GDP strategic projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure that LEO systems and processes are maintained in line with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

  • Establishing and maintaining the Quality Agreements with suppliers and partners
  • Playing a key role during the GDP inspections
  • One-point-of-contact for business stakeholders for all GDP related questions
  • Ensuring proper and correct handling of complaints, change controls, deviations
  • Ensuring the PQRs and supplier re-evaluations are prepared according to SOPs
  • Ensuring that tasks are performed according to cGMP, GDP or ISO standards
  • Overseeing regulations in area of GDP domain and giving a professional input to QMS maintenance


Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in life science
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a GMP/GDP regulated pharmaceutical company
  • Experience inworking with partners, CMO and suppliers, preferably in a QA area
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and recognized can-do attitude
  • Proven track record of effective communication and seamless collaboration
  • Passion for driving continuous improvements

Your new team

We are 17 dedicated colleagues with the process ownership of the Supplier Quality Management process and the global audit process. Furthermore, we have the responsibility as GDP Quality and act as internal RP for the LEO Pharma 3PL.

You will join an international department working from different locations but with common goals and an informal atmosphere. The GDP Quality team are supporting that LEO Pharma products are distributed safely around the world and have a broad collaboration both internally and externally.

The position is based in Gdansk, Poland.
