Your role

As a CRM partner your overall objective is to be responsible of an effective management of our customers relationship. Thanks to a cross-functional work with the various key functions (Marketing /Sales, Medical, SFE) as well as the Global teams, you will contribute to the strategic & operational decision-making of the BU, with the aim of continuous improvement of performance and customer satisfaction.

Evaluate and continually improve our tools & approaches in order to optimize the management of field activities, and feed decision-making.
  • Collect and formalize the expression of user needs according to their business scope
  • Propose/coordinate CRM tool development projects in response to any identified needs and in accordance with the Global and France strategy
  • Secure the link between technical teams and users
  • Coordinate testing, set up and communication
  • Set up monitoring indicators to measure the implementation
  • Propose and contribute to the development and implementation of management tools & monitoring of field activity (power BI)
  • Contribute to the omnichannel transformation of our tools and processes in close collaboration with the Business Units and medical


Data Management:
  • Coordinate Modules, Sectorization, User accounts updates
  • Manage external consultant to ensure management and maintenance of the CRM, as well as a level of support adapted to the field teams
  • Train users
  • Provide data as needed in response to Commercial, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs expectations
  • Promote and stimulate excellence in execution with the aim of continuous improvement of the efficiency and performance of field teams.

Represent the French affiliate with the Global teams and contribute to best practices sharing via internal working groups, in order to allow a coherent and aligned approach between affiliates.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Business or Science Degree level (Master, MBA or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of experience minimum in a similar position, either in consulting firm or in pharmaceutical companies.
• 2-3 years with SFE responsibilities is a real asset
• In-depth knowledge of CRM tool, in particular expertise in Veeva Sales Force and Power BI tools will be a real asset.
• Project management skills
• Expertise of Excel
• Understanding of the business needs and ability to translate it into tool improvement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required
• Fluent in English and French
• Agile & open to changing environment
