Responsible for the technical development, management, and day-to-day support of LEO Pharma's learning management system ("LMS"). LMS subject matter expert in partnership with Global for enterprise wide LMS system development, design, and roll out. Act as Project Management lead for Sales Training team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Administer LMS for LEO Pharma US, including but not limited to, system configuration, course deployments, user setup and administration, resolution of technical issues, system updates, content updates and overall system support.
  • Act as main point of contact for LMS issues. Appropriately track issues and liaise with LMS vendor for escalations and resolution of system/user issues.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the LMS system including but not limited to content upload, course, program and curriculum configuration, user setup, creation of assignment profiles, course assignments, report generation, etc.
  • Monitor recurring issues and system or process gaps and identify potential opportunities for increased efficiencies, improved user experience, or increased usage.
  • Partner with global LMS project teams and Business Technology on the design, development, and implementation of global LMS and LMS functionality rollout-outs.
  • Define, create and document LMS protocols and procedures. Participate in development of SOPs related to system training for both LEO employees and contingent workers.
  • Manage new LMS releases by analyzing, testing, determining feasibility and value of implementing new features and functionality, and implementing changes.
  • Support Sales Training by managing class creations, enrollments, metrics, evaluations, maintenance, and documentation for virtual or in-person instructional learning.
  • Design and Delivery of supplemental Sales Training classroom, virtual, and e-learning training modules.
  • Research and recommend improvements to learning technology, tools and resources.
  • Act as Local Change Lead for new global LMS implementation.
  • Assist with the den, a sharepoint tool that provides access to important business information and applications for the Sales Team as well as other functions within LEO Pharma, Inc.
  • Assist with the implementation and training of technology platforms including but not limited to Adobe Virtual Classroom, Articulate, Microsoft Teams/Live Meeting, etc. for Field Sales and other customer-facing teams in the US Commercial function
  • Assist with the implementation mapping of Learning Journeys in the LMS for all new hires to improve the onboarding experience at the organization
  • Additional duties as assigned by LEO Pharma Management.
  • Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timeline.

Job Specific Requirements
  • BA/BS in HRIS or similar
  • 5+ years administering a corporate Learning Management System
  • Experience testing new learning system features and functionalities, as well as working with vendors for third-party content testing and feedback
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues and/or devising creative solutions within known system limitations.
  • Understanding of eLearning standards; SCORM, AICC, etc.
  • Prior experience migrating data from alternate formats into a learning management system.
  • Experience creating standardized user guides and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills; able to respond promptly to employee needs, follow through and resolve issues in a collaborative manner.
  • Some prior project management/coordination experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct own activities as well as collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities
  • Intermediate in MS Excel (e.g.: v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.); knowledge of Success Factors a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Adept at learning and adopting new technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
