Your role

As a Transparency Compliance Manager your overall objective is to lead the collection and verification of spend data made by LEO Pharma A/S to Healthcare. This is a contributing role in the implementation, maintenance and further development of the global healthcare compliance processes (e.g., procedures, IT systems, tools, and supporting materials).

Your tasks:
  • Track, collect and verify the spend data (direct as well as indirect payments) paid out of EFPIA affiliates using SAP and Concur to reportable recipients, such as HCPs/HCOs, and upload to ITR, including handling data resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking of indirect ToVs via Third Parties.
  • Responsible for checking that all reportable ToVs have been identified by comparing planned ToVs - recorded in AAP and in files listing outsourced LEO Pharma clinical trials - against actual ToVs identified. and uploaded to ITR.
  • Contact with LEO Pharma organizers and local healthcare compliance persons to sort out any missing ToVs.
  • Track LEO Pharma A/S spend data provided to US HCPs/HCOs for the US reporting.
  • Provide communication and support to the Affiliates related to the ToV disclosure preparation.
  • Perform monitoring and oversight of the global healthcare compliance processes in relation to spend capture and disclosure.


Furthermore, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of departmental processes, databases and tools within the department with primary focus on the transparency processes. You will contribute to the writing of global LEO internal procedures, as well as plan and provide relevant compliance training across LEO Pharma e.g. LoB in HQ/Global Functions and local compliance persons in Affiliates.

You can look forward to travel approximately 40 to 50 days per year.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
  • Educational background at master level.
  • More than 2 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably from a similar role.
  • Understanding of applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards regulating the interactions incl transparency with Healthcare Partners (HCPs, HCOs, POGs, Patients).
  • In depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • English communication skills at business level, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in writing of procedures.


As a person, you have a high level of interactive communication skills as well as presentation skills. You have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization, and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage ever-changing priorities in a structured mode. You are a problem solver with an excellent stakeholder management skills.
