Role Description

Your role

As a Procurement Process Specialist you will provide active support on the execution, development, optimization and implementation of the Procure-to-Pay processes in its integrality throughout subject matter knowledge. The position encompasses the role of being a representative of Global Procurement in connection with process optimization outside procurement.

Your tasks:
• To participate actively in workshops / working groups defining the process flow for the Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• To be subject Matter Expert for P2P in SAP
• Identify gaps and issues in the process flow and contribute on solving problems throughout own expertise.
• Coordinate important decisions with the process owner /process owner delegate.
• Participate in test and validation activities.
• Responsible for the detailed business design, documentation of new processes and change of existing documentation such as SOPs, WI, etc.

Moreover, you will coordinate with various stakeholder's data definition, data conversion, data validation, etc. and ensure proper follow-up activities as well as share insights and communicate about changes in the Purchase-to-Pay processes with Global Procurement.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Relevant university degree.
• + 4 years of experience in SAP.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Customer focus.

As a person you are detail-oriented team player. You are brave to take sound decisions and you rely on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement when making decisions. You create trustful relations across the business and other stakeholders within your area.
