Role Description

In HCP Compliance, Process & Transparency Department you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care. Your role As a Head of HCP Compliance, Process and Transparency your overall objective is to be responsible for the global maintenance and further development and simplification of the global healthcare compliance process, as well as for setting the global directions for ethical collaboration with Healthcare Partners. You will have a leading rolein the interpretation and implementation of applicable global laws, regulations and ethical standards regulating the engagement with Healthcare Partners. Your main tasks:
You will also be a member of the ethical committee in the Danish pharmaceutical industry association (LIF), as well as ethics and compliance committee in the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industry Associations (EFPIA). Your qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
As a person, you have a high level of interactive communication skills as well as presentation skills. You have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization, and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage ever-changing priorities in a structured mode. You are a problem solver with an excellent stakeholder management skills. Your new team You will head up a newly established team consisting of three compliance and transparency managers located in Denmark and in Poland. You will be responsible to build up the team and together with your team, you will be responsible for the global maintenance and further development and simplification of the global healthcare compliance process.
