    Job Description

    Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us?

    As Sr Tactical Planner Drives and manages day-to-day planning related tasks and Production schedule for the tactical horizon ensuring capacity & resources are in place to support agreed demand plan in the way to satisfy the Customer needs and to keep the inventory at the next node of the supply chain at the agreed target level. Facilitates the site S&OP meetings and deputizes for the Supply Chain head for related activities within Material planning, Detailed Scheduling and Tactical Planning.

    Your main responsibilities will be:

    • Coordinate Site activities related to Integrated Business Process
    • Responsible for creating S&OP supply scenario- and What If analyses in collaboration with tactical planners and Supply Chain head
    • Coordinate activities with site functions and global functions; establish optimal Master production schedule for the entire horizon up to 36 months, including Production volumes/based on demand, Rough cut capacity analysis, Resource allocation
    • Budget operational cost and inventory level at Plant and CPOs (STD products)
    • Ensure right customer prioritization in coordination with Global Brand Manager (Global Supply Chain)
    • Responsible for the capacity & resources planning for the whole production unit
    • Optimizes planning processes such as lead times, product segmentation, and order frequencies to increase the efficiency of the production unit
    • Manages MPS process including major deviations from plan, impact on the Production Unit and Site productivity
    • Implements in collaboration with global teams innovative planning models; generates relevant planning and capacity analysis to improve the efficiency of the production unit
    • Ensure execution of Life Cycle Projects such as Transfers, Divestments, Launches & pruning projects.
    • Support the budget process.
    • Ensure right level of Inventories based on the agreed Max-Min levels and aligned with the inventory targets and aligned with Finance
    • Aligns on planning parameters in SAP like MOQ, campaign size, product segmentation with GBS and IBP
    • Confirm orders, firmed production orders at the entry point of the time fence
    • Lead actions plans to achieve supply and customer services level targets (i.e. OTIF, stock outs)
    • Manages supply KPI reporting & analysis
    • Conducts the coordination of supply and backorder bottlenecks within the production unit

    Qualifications

    • Master degree in Economics, management engineering or similar
    • Approx. 3/5 years of broad experience in coordinating role within supply chain, logistics and/or supply management.
    • Experienced user of SAP (APO PPDS), MS office
    • Strong process and operational focus
    • Customer focus
    • Managing execution: plans & align, optimize work processes
    • Collaborates across the supply chain to deliver optimal solutions
    • Communicates effectively
