Job Description

LEO Pharma is searching for a Regional Access Manager for the area of Cataluña, Baleares, Comunidad Valenciana, Aragón and Canarias, reporting directly to the Director of Market Access in Iberia.

As a Regional Access Manager, you will be responsible for helping develop and implement the
field-based market access strategy for LEO, working in cross-collaboration with field-based

The role will play a key part in broadening the organisation's customer engagement,
building strategic relationships with decision-makers and related market access stakeholders /influencers at a regional and local level to ultimately help drive uptake of our portfolio and beyond the pill solutions.

You will also play a pivotal role in determining how we collaborate with National Health System stakeholders by identifying and driving new partnership models and projects which can deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
The position would be based preferably in Catalonia.

Main responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement the Regional Access Plan in collaboration with the in-field cross-functional team to gain access and deliver added value to customers.
  • Transfer a strong value proposition on our solutions to the stakeholders assigned to accelerate its access to the market and maximize its profitability.
  • Develop and execute commercial deals with Regions where the buying decision is centralized or the relevance / complexity of the account is high.
  • Participate in developing Health economic analysis to create better negotiation strategies and deals with Regions and hospital pharmacies.
  • Coordinate and engage with sales teams and give them support to work with new key stakeholders when needed.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to improve or accelerate patient access to our portfolio or "beyond the pill" offerings.
  • Capture valuable insights around needs and expectations of our customers
  • Proactively identifies critical business opportunities and threats providing input to the other functions and proposing & implementing solutions.
  • Elaborate partnership projects with Autonomous Communities and Scientific Societies with a win-win approach.


  • University Degree (Life Science or Business Degree preferably)
  • Market Access Master, desired.
  • Public Administration and Health Economics knowledge
  • Experience in market access (at least 5 years).
  • Project Management skills.
  • Healthcare economic knowledge domain
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
