Experienced HR BP to join the Global Product Supply (GPS) People Business Team - do you have leadership aspirations?

To support this exciting journey, we need an experienced, ambitious and top-of-the class HR Professional with the experience, stamina and curiosity needed to contribute to the creation of the LEO organization of tomorrow and the HR community. As there has been internal career moves in our team, we are looking for a replacement of the local HRBP of the GPS organization in France and leader of the local HR team.

Multifaceted HR advisory and sparring to managers in the Global Product Supply (GPS) organization

As our HRBP you will get the opportunity to unfold all your HR skills and tools with the opportunity to develop your competencies further.

You will play a role in establishing new processes as well as optimizing existing processes in collaboration with the global Centre of Expertise, Global Business Partners and local colleagues. As part of the HR team, your focus is to deliver first class HR advisory and sparring to managers in parts of the GPS organization, counting approx. 400 employees in Vernouillet including approx. 50 managers primarily based at the LEO Vernouillet's site. You will report to the site HR Senior Manager, and you will share the accounts and tasks with the other HRBP in the team. You will be part of the Global HR GPS team. We will within the team work closely together supporting each other and you will focus on the following:

  • drive the Global HR agenda in GPS enjoying working operationally and tactical supporting the organisation
  • be a business focused sparring partner for parts of the GPS organisation with responsibility for allocated accounts
  • contribute to development of new and optimisation of existing processes, tools and systems
  • responsible for recruitment of candidates
  • advice on labour and employee law and collaborate with union
  • contribute to on-going knowledge and best practise sharing within the HR team and GPS

Qualifications

Your opportunity to grow your leadership aspirations

You have an HR and/or business related Master's degree including approx. 5 - 8 years' experience in an international environment, in a position where you have gained solid BP experience covering the annual HR life cycle as performance management, annual salary review, organisational review, organisational design, talent development, recruitment, coaching of leaders, organisational restructuring, ongoing follow-up on stress as well as physical and mental wellbeing. Ideally, you have worked in a pharmaceutical production site, if not any other production environment experience could be suitable. Operational tasks including supporting managers with legal issues related to the employment including union issues is also part of the role. You are ambitious and ready to take up new challenges as leader in a global set-up developing your competencies within GPS and leadership further.

You are known for your ability to deliver, to execute and turn a problem into a solution on the move. You can do this because you have a keen interest in the business and the ability to bridge business needs and the right HR tools, in many different situations. To succeed, you lead through others and must also bring networking and communication skills, including solid English skills written and spoken. Related to this you know the value of delivering advisory and sparring face-toface, and you have the personal impact and courage needed to drive things forward and challenge leaders in their daily operation. It will be an advantage if you have experience with Union negotiations and if you are certified in the personality test PAPI and Insight.
