Job Description

As part of our 2030 strategy we will establish a new Global Business Service Center in Gdansk and HR will be part of it.

Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us? We are looking for our future People Delivery Master Data & Reporting Specialist. Reporting to the People Delivery Team Lead, you will work in a highly dynamic environment, supporting internal stakeholders all over the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day changes and administration of LEO People Portal;
  • Maintain high quality of HR Master Data in collaboration with rest of GPSS;
  • Create and maintain global reports in LEO People Portal;
  • Deliver data for HR processes and projects, as per business need;
  • Support People Delivery Team - i.e. act as Tier 2/3 support on complex cases, primarily relating to master data and organizational changes;
  • Knowledge-share best practices from own area with GPSS team;
  • Deliver standardized reports and dashboards;
  • Deliver ad hoc reports and data extracts;
  • Participate in global HR projects, as per business need.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in multinational environment;
  • Good understanding of HR processes and systems, knowledge of Success Factors is an advantage;
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other case and knowledge management system is an advantage;
  • Ability to work individually as well as in the team;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • English - at least C1 level is a must.
