Job Description

As part of our 2030 strategy we will establish a new Global Business Service Center in Gdansk.

Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us? We are looking for a brilliant Global Training Coordinator. Reporting to the People Delivery Team Lead you will work in a highly dynamic environment, supporting internal stakeholders all over the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrate training courses incl. attendance, sign-up and calendar invites for participants;
  • Setting up, running and completion of learning programs, also including data handling and evaluation;
  • Co-ordination with external vendors on program dates;
  • Manage LEO Pharma Academy intranet site;
  • Ensure that the course catalogue and other learning activities are up to date in LEO Pharma Academy;
  • Provide status updates and manage financials for the Academy, including seat planning;
  • Responsible for catering and practicalities regarding training including room bookings and setup.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Administration/HR degree;
  • 2-3 years working experience in a similar administrative and coordinating role, ideally from HR and/or training team;
  • Experience with SharePoint and Excel;
  • Mastery in English, written and spoken;
  • Global experience is a plus;
  • Excellent collaborator as you will be in contact with many training participants and stakeholders across LEO Pharma;
  • Pride in handling administrative tasks and practical work in a successful and effective way;
  • Very organized with the ability to keep order and system when handling many courses, participants and related planning and coordination tasks.
