Are you ready to pioneer together with us? We are looking for an Informatore Scientifico ( Product Specialist) for the territory of Calabria and Sicilia to join our team for the launch of a new biologic product for Atopic Dermatitis in the market .

About the Job:
You will support and lead with management the mission of driving a robust corporate culture that embraces integrity in our operations, consistent with the core values and principles of LEO's Code of Conduct. This includes deliver expected sales performance and beyond in the territories assigned through transferring a strong value proposition for the new product to the stakeholders assigned

The function reports into National Sales Manager and works in full cross-functional way with the Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access departments, in full alignment with LEO Global Corporate Compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds strong and effective relationships with HCP's (including nurses and pharmacists) within the relevant Hospital/specialist centers
  • Highly skilled in using a customer relationship management approach in order to capture valuable insights around needs and expectations of their customers
  • Demonstrate an holistic approach in connecting with customers, providing Clinical knowledge and the ability to anticipate environmental changes and obstacles
  • Differentiates product value proposition to all Healthcare providers, to Physicians or other stakeholders assigned in order to develop and maintain Tralokinumab advocates
  • Continuously strive to gain market intelligence: insights on customer needs, expectations and environmental challenges,
  • Develop action plan in collaboration with KAM and MSL, focused on key customers with measurable tactics to gain access and deliver added value to customers
  • Work in collaboration with other field team member (in particular KAM and MSL) to best address the customer need with a win-win approach
  • Continually reviews and updates the customer plan based on a continuous sales report analysis and field intelligence
  • Proactively identifies critical business opportunities and threats providing input to the other functions
  • Initiates, develops and implements a growth plan to position Tralokinumab in top of mind in HCPs


  • Chemistry, Pharma, Science Degree (or equivalent) required, according to the Italian law to sell and promote drugs to the HCP as a Product Specialist and Sales Representative.
  • You should have 2-5 years of experience as Product Specialist / Sales Representative with promotion of biologics
  • Dermatology/Biologics experience and current Hospital network
  • Skilled in strategic sales principles and execution
  • Market access and Pharma economic principles
  • Understanding of Account Planning and Customer Engagement
  • Strong understanding of science
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong learning agility to relate past experiences to new challenges
  • • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple demands
