About the Job:

As Regional Omnichannel Engagement Manager, you will be accountable for driving projects and roll-outs related to digital engagement as well as supporting the marketing teams as a subject matter expert in digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive impactful execution of LEO brands MCM strategy in European markets
  • Define the roadmap and direction for digital engagement activities. Drive projects and roll-outs related to digital engagement platforms
  • Lead EU+ implementation of projects related to MCM platforms and HCP Engagement model to develop further and with high impact our remote HCP Engagement
  • Facilitate/track execution of global content in the affiliates, performance impact of such execution and ensure the feedback loop to the Global Brand teams about how to increase both execution and impact.
  • Guide brand teams, acting as a subject matter expert in digital and omnichannel engagement, in the development of content fit for execution in LEOs MCM infrastructure.
  • Ensure digital transformation and influence change management in the affiliates, being the point of reference for the MCM teams and very close to the marketing teams
  • Ensure the development of omnichannel engagement tracking and actionable insights generation both from the quantitative and qualitative perspectives, in close collaboration with the global team and CAT team
  • Manage the interactions with external support agencies when needed
  • Understand and coordinate local markets' needs for engaging MCM content according to the level of target customer impact estimated by the TCP tool
  • Collaborates with regional SFE, Business Insights and Training colleagues to understand, describe and provide solutions to challenges hindering efficient MCM execution

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Min. 3-5 years' experience with MCM in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience from a global organization working at a local, regional and/or global level
  • Knowledge of the digital engagement tools (Veeva, Marketing Automation, web, tracking)
  • Cross functional leadership foundation
  • Strong communicator (English language)
  • Project management skills
  • Budget & cost control and understanding of budgets in the context of business strategy and commercial targets.
Business insights:

  • Understanding of HCPs needs and preferences when engaging with the pharma industry
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical/marketing incl. LMR processes
  • Good understanding of MCM platforms
  • Sees the benefits of data and analytics related to activities and customers
