Job Description

As part of our 2030 strategy we will establish a new Global Business Service Center in Gdansk and Order to Cash (Customer Service) will be part of it.

Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us? We are looking for Customer Service Specialist. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work in a highly dynamic environment, supporting internal stakeholders all over the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor orders and manage changes until they are ready for delivery;
  • Ensure order confirmations are sent to our customers;
  • Responsible for all customer and stakeholder communication as 'one point of contact';
  • Monitor and ensure billing documents are processed and sent to our customers;
  • Handle all after sales inquiries from customers, as well as support quality in relation to recall situations or other product complaints according to the effective SOPs;
  • Strive for highest possible delivery performance with emphasis placed on distribution quality and flexibility;
  • Address, and, if necessary, drive, various ad-hoc tasks/projects related to area of responsibility and in agreement with the senior team leader;
  • Ensure that all tasks are always conducted in accordance with LEO Code of Conduct and in compliance with current GMP/GDP guideline;
  • Works independently or as part of a team to apply subject matter knowledge in the delivery of owned tasks.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar;
  • Experience in Customer Service;
  • Experience in Order to Cash in B2B would be a plus;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch both orally and in writing;
  • Positive attitude together with good communications skills and a strong customer orientation;
  • Business acumen, ability to manage ambiguity and goal oriented.
