Job Description

Shape global communication and advise senior management

LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world's preferred dermatology care partner - and that is why we need you. As the business partner for corporate communication, you will steer our strategy communication and advise our CEO and senior executives in their communication activities. This is a key position as we are entering an exciting phase of rapid growth and increasing focus on innovative medicines.

The job

Your overall objective as Communication Business Partner is to create and implement internal and external corporate communication strategies. This will be a vital part of strengthening our company reputation and internal engagement.

You will be responsible for:

• Communication business partnering to CEO, CFO, EVP People and Communication, EVP Legal & Compliance and Corporate Strategy
• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for these areas
• Own and develop the internal and external storyline for corporate strategy & people as part of the corporate narrative
• Planning and execution of CEO communication
• Coordinate and align communication activities with the global communication, public affairs and sustainability team
• People Management of one Communication Manager

Qualifications

Your qualifications

• University degree
• 10+ years of experience in international corporate communication
• Experience working at a senior level in a communication role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing global programs to enhance employee engagement, strategic changes and external reputation.
• Experience in financial communication
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Fluent level of English. Other languages are an asset

This role requires the ability to both advise senior executives on a strategic level and deliver communication materials, so you should bring business knowledge, diplomatic skills and be comfortable in writing and organizing. You should also be flexible and deliver in a high-paced environment.

Additional Information

You will be based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark. You should be able and willing to travel frequently internationally when that is possible again.

Your new team

You will join a team of 35 global communication, public affairs and sustainability specialists who are dedicated to LEO Pharma's reputation, product communication, internal engagement, and contribution to society. You will have one senior communication manager reporting to you and working in a close collaboration. Together you will work with the Global Communication Center of Excellence and the other communication business partners to create compelling communication.
