The job
Your job is to develop the strategic platform for your category within the team. You will set the global governance, plan and develop activities aligned with key stakeholders always supporting the strategic direction of LEO Pharma. You will utilize your stakeholder management and communications skillset as you are expected to drive changes and development together with key stakeholders to ensure that we truly become best in class.

Amongst your responsibility:

• Develop global strategy and activities plan
• Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across our productions sites
• Participate as procurement lead in major CAPEX projects
• Identify improvements and potential - and execute to create value
• Tender and negotiate strong contracts
• Secure governance and mandate by way of strong and clear communication

As well as having the Category Manager responsibility - this job also give you the opportunity to take the place as procurement lead in exiting CAPEX projects, from small single equipment procurement to large-scale productions projects or facility projects.
Your qualifications:

• BSc. Or Master's degree in engineering, economics or project management - or similar experience
• Experience in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Strategic competences - with strong focus on execution and implementation
• Preferable experience from pharma- or similar regulated industry
• Ability to handle complexity

We expect you to be focused towards improvement and having a natural trend to challenge status-quo, we expect that you find yourselves well in a small team and openly share your good ideas as well as listen and learn from others' experience.
Your new team
You will join Global Direct Procurement - Team CAPEX, MRO & ENERGY which consist of 6 positions. The team is handling all technical procurement and CAPEX activities in LEO. The team's areas of responsibilities include Laboratory and production equipment, spare part & consumables, automation and engineering consultants as well as services and maintenance for all our production sites and laboratories in LEO.
