Job Description

As part of our 2030 strategy we will establish a new Global Business Service Center in Gdansk and Global Procurement will be part of it.

Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us? We are looking for a brilliant Operational Purchaser to join our newly established team. Reporting to the Team Lead of Operational Procurement you will work in a highly dynamic environment, supporting internal stakeholders all over the world, throughout our Purchase to Pay process.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure daily that the items and services are purchased from preferred suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions;
• Provide support in implementing and following corporate purchasing policy;
• Cooperate with Category Managers in evaluation and managing suppliers and vendor relationships to secure terms that are in the organization's best interest;
• Negotiate with LEO Pharma suppliers to get best offers;
• Source for purchase value below 50.000 EUR;
• Validate specifications for requisitions to be purchased;
• Prepare and check contracts/work orders and ongoing follow-up;
• Ensure continuous supplier management and interaction;
• Assure high service level and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders;
• Solve issues related to Purchase Orders.

Qualifications

About you:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree;
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes;
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense;
• Ability to gather and analyze data for sourcing process;
• Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions;
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
• Experience within SAP (additional advantage).
