The role will be responsible for supporting strategic priorities of the executive leadership team, management of key cross functional projects, and development of key leadership presentations and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on project management, strategy development and analytics.

• Planning and organizing ELT meetings: Agenda, minutes, coordination with guests/presenters, alignment with CEO/ELT and setting agenda/topics in line with business priorities
• Assist with Leadership / Board presentations: Support the development of narratives and slides for key business presentations to Global leadership. Requires overview of business, understanding of priorities, analysis to support decision making, narrative framing
• Manage and facilitate special projects: Project leadership/involvement in strategic projects to ensure execution in line with objectives
• Internal communication & Town Halls: Work with Internal Communications to develop cadence and messaging for internal communications, help set agenda for Town Hall and develop Town Hall and employee communication materials on behalf of CEO
• Strategic and Analytical Support: Provide strategic and/or analytical support for key business priorities and/or projects
• Additional duties as assigned by Head CSA&I and LEO Pharma Management.
• Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timeline.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required; MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 3-5+ years in management consulting (experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred) or pharmaceutical strategy or PMO
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Possesses strong analytical skills and strategic perspective
• Proactively influences across boundaries, builds effective relationships inside and outside of own team and drives projects and tasks towards successful completion
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, detail and solution oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
• "Self-starter," highly organized with excellent follow-through and ability to get past obstacles in order to get things done
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required (up to 20%)
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
